Marine legal services

Fourteen practice areas
across nautical & maritime law.

Astrabe's marine legal services line covers the asset, the contract and the dispute around it — fourteen practice areas across the yacht, commercial, and nautical-business audience: vessel purchase & sale; legal due diligence; nautical and maritime contracts; charter; registration, flag and vessel documentation; legal compliance review; shipyards, repairs, maintenance and refit; marine insurance and claims; nautical claims and dispute resolution; brokerage, intermediation and broker relations; yacht management and nautical services provision; documentation review for navigation and operations in Spain; general terms and contractual documentation for nautical businesses; and comprehensive legal coordination of nautical operations. Where this fits

The legal-services umbrella under Astrabe's wider mandate.

The marine legal services line sits squarely on the legal side of Astrabe's split — alongside the regulatory compliance mandate (Med ECA, EU ETS, CII, IHM, CSRD / ESG), the bunkering line (with its BDN / EU ETS surrender discipline), the yacht management line, and the yacht-survey line. The legal-services umbrella owns the asset, the contract, and the dispute around it. The regulatory compliance mandate remains anchored on the home page and on its own reference pages.
